OTSFF/MOTUL truck unveiling at SEMA Show

OTSFF Sports Marketing Group is pleased to announce that their off-road racing team OTSFF/MOTUL’s 6100 Spec Truck will be unveiled and prominently displayed in the Flowmaster booth (No. 22351) at this year’s SEMA Show on Tuesday, October 30th at 2:30 pm. Organized by the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA), the show, ranked one of the largest trade exhibitions in the country, will be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV from October 30th thru November 2nd. Last year, SEMA attracted more than 140,000 qualified trade attendees from 130 countries, used 1.13 million net square feet of exhibit space (indoors and outside), showcased 2,400+ exhibitors, was covered by over 3,500 international media and had 1,500 vehicles on display. The 2018 edition promises to match or surpass those figures.

Team OTSFF/MOTUL takes on the Laughlin Desert Classic

​On the weekend of October 12/13 Team OTSFF/MOTUL found themselves – along with over 200 other racing teams – in Laughlin, NV to participate in the annual Laughlin Desert Classic. Compared to the usual endurance, rally type off-road races, the penultimate points round on the Best in theDesert Racing Association’s 2018 schedule isunique. Laughlin features multi-heat style races – run over two days – on a challenging, specially built 16- mile course that tests man and machine to the utmost in what is essentially a 64-mile sprint race. For team owner/driver Andre Laurin, it was the second time he ventured to Laughlin, which is nestled along the banks of the Colorado River in the far southern tip of Nevada.

​Phil Nicoletti – riding his second race for Rockstar Energy OTSFF Yamaha – had a stellar evening at Round 2 of the Rockstar Energy SX Tour this past Saturday in Delaware, ON, putting the team on the podium with a third place in the main event. Nicoletti’s result was as good as it got at Delaware Speedway for Rockstar Energy OTSFF Yamaha: Dillan Epstein had to take satisfaction with a sixth-place finish while Matt Goerke crashed out in the main, after convincingly wining his heat race earlier in the evening.

​Rockstar Energy OTSFF Yamaha’s Matt Goerke took the podium at Round 1 of the Rockstar Energy Triple Crown SX Tour at Olympic Stadium in Montreal, QC on Saturday with third overall on the night. In a supercross that was dominated almost exclusively by fellow American riders, Goerke recorded steady 4-5-3 moto results. The competition was tough all around and Goerke had his work cut out for him to finish top-three behind second overall Colt Nichols and overall winner Malcolm Stewart.
