Rockstar Energy Drink OTSFF Yamaha is pleased to announce the signing of a sponsorship agreement with Bell Helmets through their exclusive Canadian distributor KIMPEX. A leader in the distribution of parts and accessories for recreational vehicles in Canada, the Drummondville, QC based company has been in business for more than 40 years and is a recognized and respected name in the powersports industry.
“We’re definitely excited to be working with Bell. And seeing we already enjoy a sponsorship relationship with Kimpex, who are the Canadian distributor for Alias MX, our apparel supplier, this is a natural progression,” OTSFF’s Andre Laurin said. “The new Bell Moto-9 Carbon is an absolutely incredible helmet for our riders to be wearing. With the many crash scenarios common to our sport, the wearing of a superior quality helmet is paramount and Bell fits the bill.”
Bell, which is celebrating its 60th Anniversary this year, was born in a garage in California in 1954. Within a decade its trademark logo had become the world’s most recognized helmet in auto and motorcycle racing. Today they are also a leader in bicycle helmets. Working closely with motorsport racing professionals Bell has, over the years, pioneered an impressive list of exceptional innovations. These include the first helmet to combine an inner foam liner with an outer composite shell; the first full-face helmet; the first adjustable ventilation systems; the first aerodynamic helmets and the first fog-free shields to name a handful.
“We are very happy with the signing of our Bell Helmets sponsorship agreement with Rockstar Energy Drink OTSFF Yamaha. They are an awesome team and without question one of the best in Canada,” said KIMPEX President, Michel Cote. “Teaming up with Rockstar Yamaha will give us the kind of promotional exposure we are looking for in the Canadian market. We are very proud to be part of this team and the talented riders who race for it.”
